As a senior Organization Development (“OD”) expert, master trainer/facilitator, instructional designer, and certified coach who has worked in diverse environments, industries, and government, I am uniquely able to help you identify blind spots with practical advice, and systemically address organizational systems that align people and develop processes with results that will always outperform expectations.

My background is unique as an Organization Development (“OD”) expert, certified coach, and master trainer, in addition to being a business owner, corporate executive, employee, and independent consultant who has coached, consulted, and trained thousands of people worldwide in diverse private and government industries. I focus on sustainable transformation that has won awards and been profiled in numerous magazines, including Information Week for retooling of America’s workforce. And I have a team that is available to work on large and small projects.
My programs have included train-the-trainer (T3) certifications on organizational processes, Strategic Planning, Executive Coaching, Team Coaching, Leadership Development, 360 feedback, employee training, performance management, team development, workforce planning, instructional design, training, including personality systems of the Enneagram, MBTI, DiSC, and certification programs on Emotional Intelligence.
Clients have included health care, finance, software, IT, US government, US military, manufacturing, and the US Census which was the largest mobilization of human resources in US history.
I have also served in roles that include VP of Professional Development for the San Diego Professional Coaches Association (SDPCA), and on various leadership boards including Professional Coaches & Mentors Association (PCMA), American Society for Training & Development (ASTD now ATD), and advisory Board to Ohio State University.

US Navy Leadership Training
Lead the design of a new three-day leadership program tied to the organization’s strategic objectives for several hundred leaders of the U.S. Navy’s MSC, which included train-the-trainer (T3), and individual leadership coaching. It was so successful that it was expanded to include line employees supporting the Pacific and Atlantic fleet operations. (See testimonial)
Grew Sole Prop to Multi-Million
Implemented OD processes for I.T. start-up with Vision, Mission, strategic planning, hiring processes, performance management tools, and coaching that grew the company from one to eight employees and multi-million revenue within two years. (See testimonial)
Converted Performance Mgmt
Master trainer on the National Security Personnel System (NSPS) for the U.S. DOD to migrate the 400,000 employees, supervisors, and executives worldwide to a new performance management and pay system. It was the first major organizational change since 1949. Subsequently selected for a similar role of 12,000 at NAVAIR, and 8,000 at SPAWAR for systems unique to each organization. (See testimonial)
Created Film Production Co
Designed the Organization Development plan for a new start-up venture film production company, which lead to me creating and managing the multi-million dollar operation at the client’s request, and coaching the staff.
Workforce Planning for USFS
Implemented Workforce Planning training, for the US Forest Service tasked with hiring a new generation, which included consulting, and coaching the top 50 executives. (See testimonial)

Managed the professional development of coaches as the VP for San Diego’s Professional Coaches Alliance (SDPCA), and also California’s Professional Coaches & Mentors Association (PCMA).
Trained 5,000 for US Census
Senior Training Manager for the U.S. Census to define job competencies, performance management, and training for all job levels at three US facilities hiring 15,000 people in four weeks, which was the largest mobilization of human resources in U.S. history.
First to Automate Hospitals
Sr. Team Leader in Washington to lead the design and implementation teams and train-the-trainer (T3) for the first automated medical systems as U.S. military hospitals worldwide (AQCESS & CHCS).
Keynote speaker at several conferences on workforce planning, Emotional Intelligence, the retooling of jobs and professional development strategies for a new generation, which was also featured in several industry magazines.
